    Apply for a AUD$500 Travel Grant

    Eligibility conditions apply:

    Successful recipients of Round 1 are not eligible to apply for Round 2. Unsuccessful applicants from Round 1 may apply again if they meet all eligibility criteria. 
    Only available to the first 500 international students commencing their studies on the Gold Coast, whom meet the following criteria. 

    Only available to students holding a valid student Visa (sub class 500 only) and arriving on the Gold Coast between 1 July 2022 to 31 March 2023.

    Only available to students studying for at least 24 weeks including packaged offers/multiple courses and with a course commencement date after the Student Travel Grant application submission date and before 31st March 2023. 

    Applications are open until 28th February 2023. Study Gold Coast reserves the right to close applications prior to this date if the quota is exhausted earlier than this date. 

    Only available for students enrolling at Study Gold Coast member institutions.

    Applicants will be required to attend the Gold Coast Student Hub
    for verification.

    Approvals will only be provided once a student attends the Gold Coast Student Hub in person supplying relevant documents including:

    o student visa grant documentation

    o confirmation of enrolment

    o evidence of arrival date

    Students must have an Australian bank account under their own name to be eligible to receive the grant of AUD$500.

    All grant claims must be made in person at the Gold Coast Student Hub by 31 March 2023 – no further claims will be processed after this date.
